Welcome to Carpaccio American DreamMany years ago, in the sun-drenched hills of Sicily, by the Mediterranean Sea, lived a young lady named Rosalia. Her cooking delighted all who were fortunate to dine at her table and enjoy her food. Rosalia married Nunzio Billante and throughout the years, she passed down the mouthwatering secrets of her cuisine to their children. Her son, Tom, learned those secrets from a young age. He knew that a simple blend of fine, fresh ingredients with careful preparation and a little love was the key to a memorable experience!Determined to share these wonderful flavors, Tom founded the original Carpaccio in the luxurious Bal Harbour Shops over 25 years ago, serving elegant, traditional, and exquisite Italian food. The success of this endeavor was based on an uncompromising commitment to quality and to careful attention to the smallest details. Now this iconic establishment has come to the American Dream.

Highly recommend Quality Italian for its food, ambiance and service. The variety of pastas and steaks were delicious as the food was cooked to perfection. They customize a special steak sauce that is made in front of you to go with your steak which was a lovely touch. The customer service from the wait staff to the hostess provided outstanding service from start to finish. Shoutout to our wonderful waiter JC and the Quality Italian team who were professional and attentive throughout the dining experience, will be returning again soon. Great place overall whether for date night, a special celebration, family & friends dinner and even corporate events, I would recommend Quality Italian time after time as I've been here for all of the above and was consistently a overwhelming positive dining experience.

I made reservations a month ahead of our scheduled time to visit New York and had no issues so that. Once I wanted to call and confirm a few days prior to the reservation, no one answered the phone. I also called the day of the reservation and no answer. The ambiance was great! The seating felt tight, but luckily we were in a booth in the corner. We definitely had to shift the table around to get inside the booth. Once in the though, it was comfortable as there was enough table space. The service could have been better. The server sold the menu to us and forgot our cocktails and failed to keep water on rhthe table. He didn’t check on us really after we got our food. The food was good and the portions were definitely enough for 2-3 people easily. For reference, we shared in our party of 3 the calamari as an appetizer with the stuffed salmon, rigatoni, and surf & turf for our entrees. Great food but service was not up to par.
