We've been to Sushi & Salad quite a few times now, and as usual the food was delicious, well presented and filling. Prices are about right for a good quality sushi restarant, and the service was friendly. Overall a very enjoyable meal as usual. However I have 2 quibbles: 1) The soy sauce containers are always almost empty, and we always have to ask for more. I think the first thing the staff should do when a table is cleared is refill them. 2) Most of the tables have bench seating with no backs. This is not comfortable and doesnt make for a relaxing dining experience, and additionally it doesn't allow you to put your coat/jacket on the back of the seat. I'd rather sit on a normal dining chair, even if it's cheap and not very comfortable, than those benches.

Delicious fresh food and lovely ambience, dim lights, and a cross section of people dining. Likes sushi before but it wouldn’t be my go to, but will certainly be dining here again.
