- OTOpenTable DinerSan Francisco Bay Area •1 review5.0Dined todayWow, we were really impressed by the service provided by our waiter Sam and our chef Jean. Sam was very attentive and took great care to accommodate the special food requests from our table. He even made miso soup for my husband when he found none in the back and learned my husband was allergic to onions. Chef Jean also worked hard to prepare the requested versions of the appetizers and fried rice: gluten free, dairy free, egg free, onion/mushroom/pepper free! He even washed his utensils twice to insure there would not be cross contamination. While the dinner understandably took longer (for example, he had to prepare 5 different versions of fried rice for our table of 7), everyone happily received food they could eat. My husband really enjoyed his birthday dinner and we are grateful to their careful accommodation for food allergies. We will definitely be back!More infoBenihana - Cupertino, CAPrice: Moderate• Japanese• Cupertino•3.8

- RRiyaVIPLas Vegas •12 reviews5.0Dined 3 days agoWe had 2pm reservations for a Saturday late lunch ( 2 adults and a toddler) and were seated promptly. The place wasn’t very busy when we got there but a reservation always helps! The location is great and the floor length windows allow you to enjoy the view of the bustling energy of Santana Row during your meal. We ordered the chicken karaage (yummy and great quantity ), sticky ribs (soft, sticky and falling off the bones - must try), chasu baos- family favorite, for starters. My husband got the spicy kakuni ramen and I got the dan-dan. We were so full after the starters we progressed very slowly through our ramens and couldn’t do them justice. My husband found his full of subtle flavors but lacking in seasoning as per his palate. I was quite happy with my dan-dan though it’s not quite what I call spicy and some of the accompaniments are cold so when you mix it all together the temperature of the dish, which I prefer to be hot becomes oddly lukewarm. So maybe I’ll just get a ramen with a broth next time. I got the junmai ginjo ( not very sweet)sake and my husband got the spiced car cocktail - we both enjoyed our drinks. Parking at Hatton PG was very convenient, just a 3 mins walk from the restaurant and 1st 2 hrs were free so we didn’t get charged. Service was prompt and we will surely be back with friends.More infoMomosan Ramen & Sake San JosePrice: Moderate• Japanese• San Jose•4.3
