Overall 10/10 dining experience. My wife and I celebrated our wedding anniversary and it was the best yet! I got the Lefty roll and my wife got the vegetarian roll. Both were the best and freshest sushi rolls we’ve ever had (and I used to live in Japan). Service was phenomenal. Our server was well versed in the menu and took the time to educate us on the different cuts of fish, the origins of REAL Japanese wasabi and the overall Billy’s Sushi story. I highly recommend your try Billy’s if you want a top tier and fun Japanese cuisine experience.

Great place to eat in Roseville- good food, good experience and good service

Billy’s after dark was a total vibe. The food was exceptional if you want a little bite to eat paired with their amazing craft cocktails. I absolutely loved the music. The service was top tier. I will definitely be back!

Four of us at at Crave on Thursday night. It was very quiet with few customers. We went all-in ordering 5 apps and 3 entrees. Everything was beautiful, tasty and plentiful. Apps were lettuce wraps 5/5, Calamari 5/5, truffle fries 5/5, Wagyu meatballs 5/5, sliders 4/5. Miso soup was HUGE. Entrees were: Tuna Bowl 5/5, Shrimp Spaghetti 5/5, burger 5/5. The place has a great look, ambience and vibe (even with few customers). Value wad very fair especially because the portions were large - which is unusual for such special presentation. Definitely recommend and definitely return as there are so many more things to try on that extensive menu! I almost forgot - the smokey Manhattan was fantastic and a great presentation! Good wine list by the glass and bottle too.
