Best Japanese Restaurants in Big Pine Key

Paco our chef was amazing! We were celebrating my mother’s 65th birthday. We brought desserts and the staff was accommodating and still sang. We were a party of 6 and our waitress( forgot her name) was amazing as well. We never had to chase her down for anything. We shared our birthday treats with her and Paco! Thanks again to you both!

Izakaya is a unique upscale Japanese restaurant - the preparations are outstanding. Caesar Salad with wasabi, edamame with garlic, vegetable dumplings and the Wagyu Beef dishes were wonderful. The service was professional and attentive. A definite go back to try more.

Had a great Valentines dinner. The musician playing was great, food was great, server had great recommendations, and even the other customers were friendly.

Since it was Valentine's Day, the restaurant and bar were packed. Our server, Bob, did a great job with all 6 orders. The calamari was prepared differently than usual, but all who ate it were happy. Crab cakes were a bit fishy tasting, but lemon juice did cut that taste. Early bird prime rib orders were perfect, nicely seasoned and cooked to order. Maria, the owner, came to every table greeting, thanking and checking on our meals and service. Florida Keys Steak & Lobster is always a great stop! Thank you.

Always a pleasure and the staff is amazing. We go to honor a family member (for his birthday) that loved Origami and the staff remember our loved one after all the years that have passed. It’s nice when they recognize us and help honor our loved one.
