Best Japanese Restaurants in Meridian

I made a reservation, and we were seated as soon as we arrived. No waiting. Our server, Alaina, was very energetic. She took our drink orders right away and wanted to know if we wanted an appetizer before we had a chance to look at the menu. After looking at the menu we did order appetizers. They came out in a timely manner and were very tasty. We had Black Orchid Ahi and Shishito Peppers. Our entrees were Cashew Stir Fried Shrimp and Firecracker Chicken. Both were very good. Lots of chicken and lots of shrimp in the dishes. Alaina got energetic again and tried to take the appetizer plates when the entrees arrived, before we had finished them. The have a unique way of showing you pictures of the deserts, via View Master. We shared the Banana Carmel Spring Roll. Also, delicious. All the food was very good, and we found the prices reasonable. It is fairly noisy and tonight was very busy.

We had a wonderful night celebrating my daughters tenth birthday and staff was wonderful, food was delicious!

The food and atmosphere at Kona is top tier. Our server Aubriana was amazing! Definitely will be back!

This was a Valentine’s Day dinner the first item we had was our sushi. It was very, very flavorful and excellent presented The next item was the French onion soup, and the salad which the salad dressing was just exceptional my husband had the prime rib dinner and he says he was very impressed with the tenderness and the flavor of this prime rib I on the other hand had shrimp that was provided to me as I had put in a special request sites were excellent the full loaded potatoes and the cheesy artichoke it’s complemented the main course not this was the bomb of the whole dinner the chocolate lava cake if you are a chocolate lover, you will not share this with anybody else. It is so delicious with having a little bit of cool ice cream with that hot lava cake. You think you’re in heaven, and especially since there is no flower in the hot lava cake  if you are a chocolate lover, you will not share this with anybody else. If next year they will have it again. Definitely be there again. 

Food was excellent, service was good and atmosphere great! Definitely would recommend and will be going again.
