Best Japanese Restaurants in Tolar

This is an excellent dining experience - Dallas is lucky to have a Catch location. We got the oysters and the Shishito peppers. They were excellent (oysters were a normal size even though they said they’d be tiny, and were very good in flavor and texture). We got the MRC sushi roll for the table and had to order a second one because it was so good (I can’t put into words how good the sushi was we could come here and just get that). We got two of the crunchy rice cakes and two of the baked king crab hand rolls which were excellent. My partner got the New York Strip with wasabi butter which was a phenomenal add on I do recommend super unique and not very spicy. I got the wagyu fried rice and it was out of control. Dessert of Pistachio cheesecake and coconut milk ice cream was excellent as well. This is a return venue for us which is rare because Dallas has so many good restaurants constantly opening we almost never vow to return to a place but Catch will bring us back.

Always a treat to stay in Dallas and get our Oishii Sushi fix! So wonderful to sit where we can watch them make all the yummy rolls, sashimi and salads.

The service was excellent. We were celebrating our wedding anniversary and were made to feel special. The food was just as excellent as the service.

Love this place! Don’t miss the spicy edamame, as well has 1/2 priced Monday’s on wine!! The special’s were delicious: Oishii volcano & 4g. Even got more to go!

Great food ! Service was outstanding. Parking is bad, no parking to use had to park at offices across the street. Ambiance was nice but too crowded tables so close together you can have a conversation with people next to you and music was so loud you have to scream at each other to hear the person in front of you.
