Chefs Tom (Pitt Cue Co, London) and Adam (Homeslice, London) pay homage to the low and slow traditions of American BBQ utilising smoking, chargrill techniques and pair this with flavours from Mexico, China, France and alike. The philosophy is a meat first approach, where a dish is formulated from the unique characteristics of the meat (or vegetable) for a truly unique meat experience.     Had dinner at this place last night - beef brisket, beef short ribs, chicken wings and mac and cheese - and everything was superb. The environment gave an American vibe and the servers were really friendly and helpful

    Great lunch at Pinchy’s. We had the tasting plate which had 2 starters, and 2 mains (each). Excellent way to try out lots of things on the menu. The lobster roll and the prawn latsu were absolute standouts but everything was so tasty. Some reviews I read said it wasn’t good value and people left hungry after ordering this but I tend to disagree. I thought it was a good amount and didn’t leave feeling too well. Will definitely recommend for the spot and the eats!

    Such a lovely dining experience! Our waiters were so lovely and very patient with our large-ish very disorganised group. Lovely atmosphere, wonderful food, brilliant staff. Will definitely book again.

    The food was awesome. The meats were perfectly cooked. A really good menu. The sauces that went with the meats wear great too
