We celebrated a big birthday and it was perfect having it at CeCe’s. Everyone enjoyed their food and drink, and our server, John Michael, was exceptional. The celebration was a hit from start to finish—thank you, CeCe’s for helping to make our celebration extra special!

From the moment you walk in, you’re welcomed with warm hospitality and an ambiance that transports you straight to Turkey. The atmosphere is inviting, with a perfect balance of traditional charm and modern comfort, making it an ideal spot for both casual outings and special occasions. The food is nothing short of spectacular. Every dish is crafted with fresh, high-quality ingredients and bursting with rich, well-balanced flavors. Whether it’s the perfectly seasoned appetizers, the tender and juicy main courses, or the decadent desserts, each bite is a delightful journey of textures and tastes. The portions are generous, and the presentation is just as impressive as the flavors. Service at Cazbar is impeccable. Food and service were wonderful. Quite relaxed yet perfect for a pre-theater dinner. We arrived at 5:15 and were out by 7 o’clock (no dessert) for a 7:30 show at Center Stage. The ambience is authentic. Gave it 4 for value as salads and appetizers were a bit pricey, and there was a surcharge for bread, which was delicious. The entrées were fairly priced. Would go back again when in Baltimore for a play. Might even go to Baltimore from Columbia just for the food, as it was that lovely. 

We had a wonderful dining experience last night (02/22/25) at Ammoora. Simply walking inside and seeing the atmosphere and ambiance set the scene for the fine dining and cuisine we were about to indulge in. Our server Susana went above and beyond and guided us on cocktails and walked through the menu for the best dishes to order. As our first time dining at a Syrian restaurant, we enjoyed the help! We ordered the Short Rib Freekeh and Kebab Antabli Skewers for mains, and it was simply stunning! The sauces that accompanied both dishes respectively brought out all the flavors and the protein shined through. We also ended with Dubai Chocolate Crunch Bar and Ashta Bil Asal, per our server's recommendations, and it was the best dessert I've ever had from this region's culinary art. I would highly recommend anyone to try out Ammoora and especially if you have not had Syrian cuisine before. P.S. We went for an anniversary date and were taken great care of by the Manager Captain of the night, and we look forward to coming back soon.

We enjoyed a pleasant experience. They are brand new and just getting started. The seating was indoors but in the open. The server was very nice. She checked back to clear plates and check on us. The food came out at different times, so it was staggered. It tasted very good. The kids did not like the vegan cheese. But the pizza was well received, as was the soup.
