- KKenVIPSan Francisco Bay Area •31 reviews5.0Dined 7 days agoVery pleasant surprise in Los Altos. Decided to grab a meal out last minute and was drawn by the good reviews for Urfa (which is a type of spice for those who are not aware, like I wasn't). Don't let the modest appearance fool you, the food here very very good, worth a return trip. Greek Salad, Urfa Kebabs and the daily special of Petrale Sole all very well executed and extremely tasty. Biggest surprise of all may have been the Kunefe, a unique, excellent but not too sweet dessert. Service attentive and patient. All in all, a neighborhood gem for Los Altos. Will go back.More infoUrfa Bistro - MediterraneanPrice: Moderate• Mediterranean• Los Altos•4.8

Delicious kale salad to start and the chicken and vegetable lasagna for entrees. Excellent service and a perfect ambiance to boot.More infoCetrellaPrice: Expensive• Mediterranean• Los Altos•4.6
- MMicheleSan Francisco Bay Area •1 review5.0Dined on Dec 26, 2024I was in town visiting family for Christmas, all Assyrian immigrants from Iraq, who are very discerning when it comes to "good food." I've not been here in over 10yr, but it has always been my favorite restaurant. I brought the entire family for lunch on 12/26/24. Carlos was our waiter. We had a table of 14 that included three children under 4yr and three teenagers (who asked for I don't know how many refills). I know; we were a lot. The food was not only exceptional, it came out hot, and it came out quickly. Very impressive. I heard at least 4-5 relatives comment on the hummus being "next level," and let me tell you, that is a HUGE compliment from a family of amazing chefs. Carlos was just a wonderful, effcient, and patient server. I waited tables at the Crow's Nest when I was earning my teaching credential, so I know how hard serving a large (loud, needy) party can be, and he never missed a mark. (I hope you use him to train all your new servers).More infoDishdash SunnyvalePrice: Moderate• Middle Eastern• Sunnyvale•4.9
