Le Jacmel Inn a ouvert en juin 1977, après six mois de rénovation de l’ancienne résidence construite en 1888. Réparti sur 2 étages, cet établissement dispose d'un terrain de 0,8 hectare, et se trouve à 9 pâtés de maisons du centre historique d’Hammond. Véritable oasis culinaire grâce à ses paysages verdoyants, sa nouvelle terrasse et on grand parking, le Jacmel Inn est à 96 km de La Nouvelle-Orléans. Le menu a évolué au fil des ans.
