Le bar-restaurant Birch’s a officiellement déménagé au bord du lac ! Ce bâtiment emblématique accueillait autrefois le Hansen House dans les années 1960 avant de devenir le Billy’s Lighthouse, lieu de prédilection pour les nombreux habitants de Long Lake et de ses quartiers de la banlieue ouest. Il est resté à l'abandon depuis 2006, jusqu'à sa nouvelle reconversion par le restaurateur local Burton Joseph et le maître brasseur local Brennan Greene.
