You are not going to learn anything new from my review aside from the fact that if you haven't been exposed to this type of cuisine then you are likely going to be in love. The rest you know, high level production design on the interior, one of the best views of Downtown Denver, and a very specific yet eclectic mix of food and drinks... It leans very Spanish paella), Moroccan (lamb sausage), with some toe taps to the Middle East, and then a mega mix of all of those things (goat cheese croquettes). Recommendations include sitting outdoors in the Summer and catching a reservation around sunset. Good for groups, good for dates, I do not think that this place would be considered expensive by Denver standards for this type of restaurant.

Took my boyfriend here for his bday and it was an absolutely exceptional curated experience! The food was 11/10, I would have done the wine pairing but we wanted some Negronis (which were also out of this world.). John the owner and chef, took fantastic care of us and cooked, made all the drinks AND made sure that at no point did our water glass drop below 1/3 empty. The tasting menu was everything and the duck was life changing. I think my favorite though was the dessert which was a delicious espresso custard in a house tempered chocolate shell. Will absolutely be going back!! If you have doubts please go and give it a shot! Highly recommended!!
