We have closed for the year and will reopen 25 February 2025 with our new students. Book from 12 February. The Apprentice Restaurant Sydney is a TAFE NSW licensed training restaurant. Lunch 12pm to 2pm: three courses (entrée, main & dessert) for $44 or you can select any two courses for $39. Dinner 6pm to 8:30pm: three course menu for $44. (Our prices are excluding beverages). Group beverage packages are available to pre-purchase for the whole group.Our meals are usually served Table d’hôte (alternate drop) and portions are limited.Bookings are highly recommended to avoid disappointment. Osteria di Russo & Russo est détenu par le père et le fils Pino et Marc Russo, et supporté par une équipe dévouée «d'honorables italiens» dont quelques-uns qui ont travaillé ensemble autrefois au Bridge Room, à Sydney's CBD. Leurs plats sont classiques et combinés avec des saveurs italiennes. Toutefois, le Chef cuisinier Jason Saxby utilise rarement des ingrédients importés et est influencé davantage par les saisons et les techniques de cuisson modernes plutôt que par les recettes traditionnelles.
