It’s always a delight to attend Chapter One for a treat or special occasion. Service is excellent from taking your coat to chatting with the sommelier… highly recommended.

Amazing and friendly atmosphere, the staff is very professional and well trained, very hospitable and attentive. I been there for a work meeting and we had lunch to, everything was spot on, we where in the secret garden for a bit more privacy; was nice and quiet. I will for sure go back soon. Thank you Mattia.

The Silo experience is too special to put into words. This was our second visit, and we were even more impressed (which I did not think possible). Absolutely stunning menu, the flavours of every single dish were just incredible. Faultless wine pairing, too. And the attentiveness, friendliness and knowledge of the staff (clearly all passionate about what they do and happy to share it!) made the whole evening extra special. By a million miles our favourite restaurant in London!
