The Salt Line - Navy Yard offers indoor STANDARD seating and OUTDOOR Patio Seating. Our OUTDOOR riverfront patio seating has been winterized and is now comfortably available all year round. The OUTDOOR reservations area has been tastefully enclosed in clear insulated curtains that still provide a scenic river view and is well protected, well heated and honored all weather. Additionally we offer FIREPIT LOUNGE reservations in our large outdoor bar area and first come first served bar, hightop and lounge seating. Please note: the Outdoor Bar area with hightops is covered and well heated but the fire pit and lounge seating is uncovered and so weather permitting. If your desired reservation is not available online or of you have any reservations questions please call the restaurant for more up to the minute information and assistance.     What a lovely place! The staff was friendly and accommodating. The food was delicious. My first time: I had the clam chowder, salad niçoise, and two sides (cauliflower, Brussel sprouts). Everything was really yummy. Interesting elevated dishes. I will be back!

    The food was good, nothing special. we had a few issues with the food but chose to forgo sending it back. Our server for other tables around us was amazing, however to us he became very snippy. William is hard of hearing and not the best whisperer. We could hear when he made comments about us to the kitchen! not cool.

    Pearl Dive Oyster Palace is a great seafood spot in DC! They had a selection of 6 different oysters to choose from and had an extensive menu of other seafood options. I do think the price of the oysters were somewhat expensive ($3.40 per oyster), but would be a good option for a happy hour after work sitting at the bar. Overall, I loved the ambience, food, and service. Great drinks, too!! I got the espresso martini and it was lovely.
