Unfortunately some guests were very noise and allowed their children to run freely in the restaurant while we were there. Not a pleasant experience.More infoProvidence Oyster Bar - East GreenwichPrice: Expensive• Seafood• East Greenwich•4.7

- MMichaelGreater Boston •3 reviews5.0Dined 3 days agoWonderful staff, food and value. Be sure to make reservations or you may not get in until late. The "Appy Hour" from 3 to 6 pm is the best raw bar value in the area. Great cocktails and beer selections. For a small kitchen it's amazing how much food comes out and always delicious. Highly recommended stop in Federal Hill. Convenient $20 parking a couple blocks down the street.More infoProvidence Oyster Bar - Federal HillPrice: Expensive• Seafood• Providence•4.8
- CClaudineVIPGreater Boston •6 reviews5.0Dined 3 days agoWe went for Valentine’s Day with another couple. We were all thrilled with the Brie special appetizer with the pears!! Please add this to the regular menu as it was outstanding. 2 of us had the lobster ravioli special and were blown away with how delicious it was. We both commented that they were far and away the best lobster raviolis we had ever had. The sauce was especially delicious and so different. My husband tried the steak special and loved that as well. The accompaniment vegetable which was a layered ‘something’ which he could not identify was apparently delicious. The last of us had the sole Milanese and this was also loved. As usual the staff was excellent as were the views of the water. Thank you for such a wonderful dining experience!More infoThe Mooring RestaurantPrice: Moderate• Seafood• Newport•4.7
- MMichaelGreater Boston •6 reviews5.0Dined on Dec 25, 2024Christmas Eve dinner. Festive, lively atmosphere without being too loud for easy conversation. Service was excellent, beginning with the accommodation of a late addition guest. Staff was there for every need and question yet never made us feel rushed—even though our meal went past closing. I expected great food and was not disappointed. Oysters were particularly good and French-pressed coffee always adds a great finishing touch. My teenagers had a great time and have a new appreciation for real food. Highly recommend.More infoHemenway'sPrice: Expensive• Seafood• Providence•4.9
