- CChristianSan Francisco Bay Area •1 review5.0Dined 2 days agoThe ambience of the restaurant was great, we chose to sit in the courtyard which had cute lighting and a nice fire. Our food and drinks were amazing, they also had great presentation. Service was a little slow on a not busy night but were very friendly to compensate.More infoAltamiranoPrice: Moderate• Peruvian• North Panhandle / USF•4.6

The food was great except for one slightly undercooked scallop. Other than that, a wonderful restaurant that we come back to over and over again.More infoLa CostaneraPrice: Expensive• Peruvian• Half Moon Bay•4.7
- DDonnaSan Francisco Bay Area •4 reviews5.0Dined on Feb 21, 2025Relatively small and relatively quiet dining area. An energetic bar scene sounded like fun for the people who were there, but did not impinge on the dining room. This was around 7:30 PM. Very good wine by the glass if the Albarino is representative. Very generous wine pour. The seared Ahi tuna and vegetarian paella were both excellent. The portions were generous. Dessert was good though I don’t remember what it was called. I don’t mean to ding it by giving it four stars for value for money, just to be clear that it’s not cheap. Two of us paid $82 each to share the two entrées, three glasses of wine and one dessert, including a 20% tip. We highly recommend it.More infoMochicaPrice: Expensive• Peruvian• Potrero Hill / Dogpatch•4.7
- KKimSan Francisco Bay Area •2 reviews5.0Dined on Feb 15, 2025My husband and I went to Piqueo’s for Valentine’s Day and had a fantastic experience. Our table was available right away and the staff was polite. The food was delicious. We ordered the beef ribs and scallop smalls plates. My husband ordered the tuna entree and I ordered the saltado. We liked both entrees although my husband felt the tuna was slightly over done. We ended with a passion fruit panna cota. We were also given some yummy chocolate with our bill. We would definitely go there again.More infoPiqueosPrice: Moderate• Tapas / Small Plates• Bernal Heights•4.9
