Mina, our server, was exceptional—thorough, knowledgeable, and always ensuring that every detail was perfect. As for the food, it was nothing short of outstanding. The lobster tempura was perfectly crispy yet tender, bursting with delicate flavors. The wagyu tacos were a highlight—rich, flavorful, and expertly balanced. The lamb chops were cooked to perfection, juicy and full of depth. The king crab tempura was another standout, showcasing fresh, high-quality ingredients with a light, crispy texture. To finish, the vanilla tart was a perfect ending to an incredible meal—light, creamy, and just the right amount of sweetness. Nobu at Caesar’s Palace delivers on every level, from food to service to ambiance. Had the prix fixe valentine's day menu. Everything was excellent. The hummus tostada stands out because it had so much flavor for a small bite. The mole on the short ribs was very interesting. Will definitely come back!

Outstanding in every way. Creative cocktails and a good wine selection. Our table chose the pmakase option and we loved everything that was served from presentation to taste. Service was attentive and friendly. Highly recommend!
