- LLuis GabrielWashington, D.C. Area •24 reviews5.0Dined 3 days agoThe place, food, and service are fantastic. The music is great although a bit loud for conversation; they could bring it down a notch or two. It is different, enjoyable, and overall a great experience.More infoEl Secreto de RositaPrice: Moderate• Latin American• Downtown•4.6
- EEricLos Angeles •1 review5.0Dined 4 days agoThe team at Causa absolutely delivered. My wife and I celebrated our anniversary and were met with the warmest welcome. This was an especially special because my wife is Peruvian and was able to relive childhood memories through Chef’s unique tasting menu. My biggest recommendation for anyone looking to enjoy the tasting menu here is to do a little research into Peruvian cuisine. We will definitely be back!More infoCausaPrice: Very Expensive• Peruvian• Shaw•4.9
- MMatildaWashington, D.C. Area •6 reviews5.0Dined 5 days agoThis is a very busy restaurant so make sure you have a reservation! The restaurant has good services and food. The items seem pricy but the portions are very big. Their ceviche is a must try. I had a good experience with there with friends.More infoPisco y Nazca Ceviche Gastrobar - Washington D.C.Price: Moderate• Peruvian• Downtown•4.7
- SShannonBaltimore / Maryland •40 reviews5.0Dined 6 days agoThe dim sum lucky trio was a great range of tastes. The shishito peppers were perfectly seasoned. The kung pao donburi was fusion at its best. The aji de gallina was creamy, flavorful, just phenomenal. Only complaint is that the metal chairs are incredibly uncomfortable- the host did bring me a pillow.More infoChina ChilcanoPrice: Expensive• Peruvian• Penn Quarter•4.7
- MMichelleWashington, D.C. Area •4 reviews5.0Dined 7 days agoThis is our 3rd visit to Chef Carlos Delgado’s restaurant. We select this restaurant bc each time we are delighted by everything we order, from the bar to the kitchen. Random tip: Order the el Cacao cocktail if you can appreciate a drink with complexity, not terribly sweet, well balanced, mysterious and has a wonderful smoke to it. We ended up ordering a 2nd round and would return just to have it again (complements to the bartender). Each bite of all 5 dishes we ordered is like unpacking a gift or going on an adventure. Your taste buds will be like Princess Jasmine on a magic carpet ride. My husband has a dairy allergy and usually we feel cheated by eliminating menu items with dairy but not at Amazonia!! The service is also consistently amazing. Our napkin was folded when we returned from the restroom. Dribbled sauce was always wiped up. The water was refilled and our server gave excellent suggestions. No need to hesitate booking an evening here.More infoAmazoniaPrice: Very Expensive• Peruvian• Mount Vernon Square•4.8
