Now stocking over 500 Independent Craft Australian beers from around the country, with new beers arriving weekly. Our traditional Italian style pizza is a hybrid between the Naples and Rome style pizzas. We use only the best and freshest ingredients and our dough made onsite, is something truly exceptional. We have weekly specials to go with our core range of pizzas.
Our menus offer an extensive variety of both food and beverages. The dough is 72 hour proved Neapolitan style wood-fired pizza. Our bar is well stocked with local and Italian beers, spirits and cocktails, Aperol Spritz is a particular favourite. The restaurants have seating both indoor and outdoor. Highett boasts a summery beer garden and pool table as well as a gelato cart.
SLIM'S is a 2 storey restaurant. Upstairs is "Slim's Upstairs". A contemporary Italian/American inspired restaurant. Headed by owner & hatted chef Simon Tarlington. Here we offer an ala carte menu, or sit back and take the Feed Me option. You can also enjoy a bottle of wine from our extensive wine list. It's OPEN from 5pm Friday and Saturday.
