Chef Hakan is a second-generation baker who learned his craft in his uncle's bakery in Istanbul. His love for baking started out with making pastries and sourdough bread at first. Hit by a pizza obsession later on, similar to Anatolian flatbread, Chef Hakan studied, experimented, and observed various pizza-making methods.     We were celebrating a friends birthday with a party of 12. From booking the reservation to coordinating with staff about bringing in a birthday cake, the experience was wonderful. We had also brought several bottles of bubbles and wine and ordered wine for the table, and our server, Jeremiah, took extra care every step of the way. The food came out hot, delicious, and abundant, and the pace of service was great.

    Love the food and service. In my opinion serving beverages in tiny glasses for $19 is overpriced. I don’t see the value there. That’s why I gave it four stars instead of five. Love the Pinsa but stay away from the artichoke and potato one. It’s just not a good combination. All the other Pinsa‘s are delicious as well as the rest of the food on the menu.
