The Pizza Bar is the result of years of exploring the foundations of pizza in Italy. The result is a dough made with the best flour, coarse sea salt, filtered water, and Italian extra virgin olive. We leave our dough for longer than most to give the flavour and chewiness the most time to develop. Rubio is the brainchild of Max Reich a self-confessed foodie and music lover. Spending over 20 years in the music business, Max had always dreamed of a place he could create that catered for his love of great food and also be a relaxed and enjoyable space with a great soundtrack. He’s enlisted the help of long-term musical partner Simon Marlin who he enjoyed many years of success with under The Shapeshifters guise and launched in September 2016. With the boys long-term roots in West London it was always going to see Rubio begin its adventure close to home.
