Farina Pizzeria in Turramurra is a welcoming restaurant with a flair for Italian food. This neighbourhood restaurant on Normurra Avenue is charming for many reasons, from it’s laid back atmosphere and vibrant decor to it’s genuine hospitality. The menu would win over any Sydney local and comes packed with wood-fired pizza, calzones, pasta, risotto and hearty meat mains. We recommend a classic Diavola pizza with mozzarella and hot salami, the formaggi gnocchi with four cheeses or the pork belly with red wine poached apples and pistachio. Our first time there and it blew us away! The cocktails are super creative and delicious, the food is outstanding, and the tiramisu OMG! Mackenzie was super lovely and attentive. Braci did not disappoint!

The food lived up to the name, which is no mean feat, especially in this part of Sydney. I had the gnocchi Sorrentina, which is quite good (with a balanced red sauce with delicious mozzarella); the freshly stone baked garlic bread (which was firm and made of good quality dough), and the panna cotta (which had a real cooked cream texture and taste). Very yum. I’ll be back!

Delicious food as always. Service was a little slower than usual, however, the restaurant was quite busy for a Monday night. Definitely won’t stop us from going back - it’s a family fave.
