Best Pizzerias in Vista

We have been here multiple times and we are never disappointed in the food or in the service.

The upper deck is perfect for casual but delicious meals with one of the better views in the center of Carlsbad.

We arrived 30 minutes early and were seated right away. Had pizza for our appetizer, it was Great. The drinks were phenomenal. My cousin said the spaghetti with Bolognese sauce and meatballs, was the best he has ever had. The pappardelle was fantastic. The service was phenomenal. Best Italian meal we have had in a while A+++++

My friend and I continue to enjoy Green Dragon Tavern for a catch up meal, by the fireside especially. Service always excellent as well as the food! Pay them a visit!

It takes a lot for me to be impressed on every level but I cannot say enough good things about Elvira. From the outstanding service to the knowledgeable staff to the quality of the food and drinks. Wow! We were started off by a great male (manager maybe?) who was super thorough with my food allergies and knew everything about the menu. I had: - the vegan caccio Pepe with gluten free pasta- WHICH IS HOMEMADE and so so good. The best gf pasta I’ve had in San Diego. - vegan mozzarella caprese salad was also so good for being vegan. Super fresh, flavorful tomatoes. - gluten free pizza: the crust is homemade and so realistic tasting/texture that it’s scary! Haha. I had vegan cheese also on that- you could hardly tell drinks: the Italian red wines were delicious. Also had a few drinks from the cocktail menu: the fig jam mezcal cocktail (What a COMBO! ♥️) as well as the white Negroni YUM
