Best Pubs in Jamaica Plain

James from Tipperary was our server and he could not have been better! Food was hot, served quickly, and we never waited for our Guinness and other beverages. Looking forward to returning!

We haven’t been there for quite some time and stopped in for a causal bite, drinks and to catch up with each other. We sat at the bar and our bartender was Julien. He was attentive, pleasant and ever so accommodating. He always came by when our drinks were low. The drink I wanted wasn’t on the menu but he suggested how to make what I wanted. It came out perfect! His shaker skills were very strong, which is important in making the perfect drink. Not many bartenders do that. IMO, he was the best one there. All of,our food was yummy. I’m quite particular in what I eat; we normally frequent the higher end restaurants. We will definitely go back again.

Best burger - seriously was so good! And the help could not be more welcoming. The host was gracious and welcoming (was nice to be treated so well) and our server who also made amazing drinks was brilliant. If you want the best burger try this. You will say "wow, best burger I have had in quite awhile." And the tomato soup was delicious!

Date night with another couple. We had Tix for Laugh Boston - comedy show at 7pm and it's in the same building, so convenient for bad weather. All located in the Westin - Seaport hotel. Drinks were good. I'm gluten & dairy free, so I ordered the quinoa salad with falafel. It was good, fresh and healthy, but I was still hungry after. Table ordered fried calamari for an appetizer. One person had fish and chips another a salad, and hubby ordered a burger. Service was good, but we were there early so it wasn't too crowded until we were on our way out. Fun vibe.

Food was great, fun atmosphere, service was spot on!
