A modern pub serving a frequently changing menu, available in our dining room, bar, and outside ledges. It's not fine dining, nor is it trying to be. We cook in a way that we as cooks like to eat, so don’t be afraid to share. If you want to pop in for a burger and a pint, feel free to grab any available space in the bar or outside. We accept bookings for tables of up to six people in the dining room.It can be loud and slightly chaotic; at night it is dark. We turn tables because we need to in order to survive and pay the people that make it work, so please don’t be offended if we ask you to wait a moment for your table. The Fox & Pheasant is a little “country” pub tucked away in a small corner of Chelsea. The pub was founded in 1846 and it began its life as the Bedford Arms. Ten years later it changed to the Prince of Wales and in 1965 became The Fox & Pheasant and we have no intention of changing its name again!Not only are we a snug pub in the winter with 3 fire places, a dartboard and dog biscuits for the well behaved companions (dogs)!     Had an absolutely incredible meal - the burger is famous for a reason! The sneaky winner was the winter tomatoes, though. One person in our party deemed them “the best tomato they’ve ever had”. Thank you to our wonderful waitresses also for preparing the cake we brought as it was our friend’s birthday! Very kind and accommodating. 10/10 meal & service.

    Our group of 4 enjoyed a tasty Sunday lunch menu offered good selection of starters too we were seated in the semi open snug area which had a really nice relaxed atmosphere and good service.

    The staff and the manager were very friendly! We were 4 adults and 5 kids. We had couple of rounds of drink and food. They very very helpful! We got free juices for kids. Later, when we were just about to leave the pub, the kids got a churros with vanilla ice cream as well for free. Amazing experience! We can not be thankful enough for the helpfulness, kindness, professionalism what we received here! We will come back again, once we are in London again!
