First time at this ramen restaurant. The vibe was fun and energetic. Modern alternative with a constant beat was playing. The service was kind of lack luster. Each table has interesting condiments that you can use to personalize the ramen, but our server could not be bothered to explain them even though he asked us if we had ever been there before and we said no. The “ramen pepper” in the tin is worth a try. The food is serviceable. The broth has a good flavor and the chashu was moist. The “molten egg” could have been more flavorful. The most lacking component were the noodles. They seemed like something you would get from Top Ramen in a grocery store. I also got the crispy Brussell sprouts and the Asahi super dry beer which is on tap and run through a chiller. Both of these were better than the ramen. Overall, this ramen place is serviceable, nothing special, and a bit expensive for what you get.
