Best Seafood Restaurants in Chester Springs

In a single word: Outstanding!! We have gone for the Seven Fishes buffet on Christmas Eve for three years straight and this year was even better. They just keep improving year by year and they were already great to begin with. The staff is top notch, the restaurant itself is very nice. It’s situated in a “restaurant row” and the parking is easy to navigate. As far as the food, it’s incredible!! It’s ok if you don’t like fish, that’s OK. They have plenty of options. It’s all superb. They cherry on top is their staff. Everyone is super nice and polite. The gentlemen working the carving station recognized that one of our party had mobility issues and made sure to bring her the salmon as soon as it was brought out. He wasn’t even a server and he brought it to the table!! It was indicative of the level of service offered. I can say enough great things about this place. We have eaten there multiple times over the years and aver meal has been terrific!! Looking forward to the next time. Thank you for reading this and try the Brickside, you won’t be sorry!

We had an absolutely phenomenal Christmas Eve dinner at our all-time favorite restaurant Eddie V's in King of Prussia. We lucked out "big-time" and got our favorite server ever Alaina for the evening. She gave us such a warm greeting with that very beautiful smile of hers and that just got the evening off to a great start. The Lobster tacos & Caesar salad were delicious and a great way to start off our dinner. the fillet topped with crab meat, lemon sole, rack of lamb and strip steak were all plated & cooked to perfection as usual, something we've come to expect at this wonderful restaurant. The lemon tart was a yummy dessert including the banana bananas foster which was compliments of our very elegant server Alaina. It was very nice that the manager came over to check on us and make sure everything was OK which of course it was. He even assisted our guest at the time of payment with an issue with the gift card which he resolved immediately. Thank you for that. Quite honestly, and no surprise here, what made our evening so much fun was Alaina with her awesome sense of humor. Every time I thought I got a dig at her, she outsmarted me with an even better one right back at myself, that made the evening even more fun. I'm going to have to really sharpen my claws the next time I see her 😂 THANK YOU (as always) ALAINA for making our dinners at Eddie V's so much fun and so memorable. Came here to celebrate my birthday and we absolutely loved it. On the expensive side but so worth it. We had the dynamite sushi roll and a special sushi roll of the night and they were probably one of the best we’ve eaten, very fresh and flavorful. The special 28oz tomahawk was perfectly charred and so juicy. And the lobster Mac tied it all together, so amazing and cheesy with a whole lobster on top. They gave us a free desert for my birthday, which we got the warm butter cake and all I can say is wow… such an amazing desert. And to top it all off, our server Allegra, was impeccable. So attentive, made great recommendations, and did not miss a beat. All staff were super nice and made my birthday celebration great.

The food is great but this review is pointless, as Devon Seafood Grill will be closing in a few weeks. The opening was a toasty lobster & crab salad roll sandwich, followed by the mixed seafood grill: shrimp, scallops, salmon, crab cake & grilled asparagus. All was seasoned & cooked to perfection. The side dish, king crab fried rice was a letdown. It was over-salted and tasted much strongly of bacon than crab. Surprise: the champagne was half-price (going out of business sale?) and the final coffee was freshly brewed & excellent. Bottom line: Typically expensive for Center City Philly, but the food was first-rate and the ambience was elegant but relaxing. I'm disappointed my first visit to DSG will also be my last. So I guess if you can get there in the next -2weeks, I say "treat yourself." Otherwise, hope the next restaurant to fill the space serves food of similar quality.

Pre-theater dinner. We were quickly seated and our server arrived promptly and cheerfully. Two of us had familiar favorites which did not disappoint, two had new to us combinations involving scallops and shrimp. Both were richly flavored and enjoyable.
