- KKim and NoelNew York City •2 reviews4.0Dined 3 days agoMy filet mignon was tasty and cooked to perfection as were the two New York strips. The single T-bone was a mess, visually and taste wise. I will admit it was ordered well done, but so were the two strip steaks. It lay on the plate looking slightly shredded or so well done the meat was somewhat separated without being cut. By the time my guest complained, she had eaten some of it so I elected not to send it back. I hate to say it, but it looked like one of my failed cooking jobs that would go to my dog (which is where it went after we brought it home). The sides were, as always, wonderful (creamed spinach, mashed potatoes, lobster Mac-n-cheese ). If I were a first time customer, I would question coming back, but as a long time Ruth’s Chris goer, all over the US, and you have been one of the best, if not the best, I will be back to enjoy my filet mignon and creamed spinach (and avoid the single T -bone). - RRyanVIPUtah •10 reviews5.0Dined on Dec 28, 2024This place was excellent. Stopped in randomly because they had a spot for our family of four pre-NY Islanders game. Food was great, staff were even better. More food than we knew what to do with! (UPDATE: Solved! We just ate it later, as soon as we could!) We’re staying in Jersey this week but the hour-ish sojourn to UBS Arena — and more importantly, Salvatore’s — was worth the trip. We’ll do it again next time in NYC. Pros: • Pizza, pasta, garlic knots. • Complimentary wine – yes please. • Generous, delicious portions. • Fun atmosphere, great team (thanks, Kelly!) Cons: • Caught off guard with also complimentary cranberry/vodka shots. They may have been too yummy. ;)More infoSalvatore's Of Elmont RestaurantPrice: Moderate• Italian• Elmont•4.7
