There was a small mix up and we did not recieve our salads before our main course came out. Eric apologized profusely for the error and immediately took charge to get our salads. I personally enjoy my salad with my meal so it was no bother to me, however I do know most people don't like that. He was also on top of our drinks, before I coukd even ask he had offered refills of everything. As busy as it was I saw him scanning his tables frequently and he never disappeared unless to get food or drinks. He has been one of the best servers we have had in recent months. Right from the greeting at arrival to the seating and settling in you can tell it’s an efficiently run organization. It was an extremely busy evening yet our whole table felt we were the focus. Our waiter Jeff did an outstanding job of juggling multiple tables of guests and insuring everything flowed smoothly. The food was top notch, steaks cooked perfectly, great veggies on the side, salads were fresh and crisp. It was nice to go to a restaurant where things worked well without the drama or disappointments we have experienced at other establishments. We had oysters Rockefeller and charred octopus to start and I would go back just to have those again. Then went for the beef Wellington and lobster both of which we perfectly prepared.
