Liberty Entertainment Group's 2024 project in the iconic Union Station. Blue Bovine combines the traditional steakhouse with the traditional Japanese sushi house to fashion a distinctly modern dining experience. Combining custom elements, such as exclusively designed Canadian maple wood furniture, manufactured in Toronto with bespoke artwork, handcrafted lighting details, and a warm colour palette of deep reds, seawater blues and layers of white to reflect Toronto's four seasons. Honouring the integrity of local and natural elements, the restaurant's ethos is expressed both through the commitment to local menu ingredients on the plate and local and natural material honesty in the design.

Les meilleurs poissons méditerranéens que vous pouvez déguster ici. Pour cette fois, nous avons eu un Saint-Pierre entier grillé et aussi de grosses crevettes Carabineros de deux façons différentes. Deux crevettes simplement grillées, trois autres crevettes pour des pâtes spéciales. Pour les amateurs de vin, la carte des vins est très attrayante avec une sélection de vins fins internationaux.

Nous avons absolument adoré ce restaurant en tout points. Il sera définitivement notre restaurant favori lors de nos passage à Toronto. Le service est parfait, la nourriture incroyable. J'adore ce resto !!
