Best Seafood Restaurants in Milton

Great steaks. We had the Cajun Ribeye and a filet. Well seasoned and cooked perfectly. The sides were very good. Desserts were excellent (creme brulee cheesecake and lemon cake). The server was polite and attentive. The only negative of the evening was that I never received my Caesar salad. Overall, I would put Firebirds up against places that cost twice as much.

We enjoyed everything. I had the lobster roll, my husband had the bouillabaisse, and our friend had crab cakes. All were delicious. The three of us shared an order of hush puppies that came with a remoulade sauce that was truly excellent. The food was top notch, yet I have to say the service was even better. Our server was efficient, very polite, and charming. It was a pleasure to talk with her. The atmosphere was very comfortable. It was a cold night, but I was able to watch the outdoor fire pit from inside. I look forward to going back soon.

My friend and I were here to celebrate her 47th birthday. We each had the lobster and crab bisque, and the calamari. Both were delicious! My friend had the lamb chops, macaroni and cheese, cream spinach, which she said was delightful. I had the shrimp linguine, and the brussels sprouts both were enjoyable! My friend was given a dessert on the house because of her birthday as well as a birthday card signed by I believe the managers and it was a pleasant surprise! Thank you for a delicious meal and wonderful time!

Our waitress was outstanding (sorry that I can't remember her name-tall, glasses, dark hair, well-informed, super conscientious). Food ranges from good to excellent (seafood tower, carpaccio, filet, tuna dinner, broccolini, mushrooms, wine and old fashioned-very well-prepared). Very, very noisy. Back room, a little better than the front room. Premium priced (my informed perspective, beyond similar). Parking is a challenge on busy evenings. I'll go again, but unlikely to be in heavy rotation when entertaining or family outings.
