We were seated in a room normally used for large parties but that was in use for the weekend. It made for a very cozy enjoyable experience. Our server, Kayla, was very knowledgeable and attentive. Food was amazing. Fresh bread and shrimp cocktail with jumbo shrimp to start. Perfect crab bisque-so delicious! Husband had the Rib Eye, which was cooked to perfection, along with Yukon mashed potatoes and creamed corn with bacon. I had the lobster tail with the Yukon mashed potatoes and creamed corn with bacon. Too full for dessert! Perfect evening from start to finish. Very pleasant staff and wonderful food. Highly recommend!More infoJ. Gilbert’s – Wood Fired Steaks & Seafood – GlastonburyPrice: Expensive• Steak• Glastonbury•4.8
- GGARYMontreal / Quebec •3 reviews4.0Dined 4 days agoAlthough we had reservations we got seated with a little persistent kind of quickly. Unfortunately I felt really bad for the hostess she did as best as she could with what she could control. My biggest concern is that it’s literally been about 5 years since I’ve visited this location and reason being the place is over crowded to get in. I think for a well established restaurant that the management team would be more proficient. The waitress we had was very friendly and lightened the mood from being frustrated. And with that said I really hope that Red Lobster can address and correct this matter. As I would like to return to my favorite restaurant. - SScottVIPNew York City •57 reviews5.0Dined 7 days agoThis is a great restaurant with an old Cape Cod feel. That’s why I love going there regularly. We had a quiet table in the back and the food is absolutely exquisite. Everything is from scratch and they will customize anything for you. I had blackened salmon and my friend had stuffed fillet of sole. The wine was excellent, and our server was fantastic. Always a wonderful experience to be there.
