- KKevinNew Jersey •1 review5.0Dined 3 days agoThis restaurant, tucked away from the bustling streets, offered us a warm welcome as the owner kindly took our coats. Our table, marked by our surname, set a charming tone for the evening. The staff was incredibly attentive, effortlessly switching between English and French to make our evening special. The food speaks for itself, requiring no embellishments to hide flaws. For instance, the lobster bisque featured delightful, recognizable chunks of lobster instead of being overloaded with cream. The dover sole, walleye, shrimp, and lobster were cooked to perfection. Our waiter provided levity and anticipated our needs, he effortlessly recommended wine pairings. Later, we discovered that his father was the owner. With such attentive and friendly service, we truly felt as though we were enjoying a fine dinner at a dear friend’s house. The entire evening was perfect, and I eagerly look forward to returning again and again!More infoChez DelmoPrice: Very Expensive• Seafood• Old Montreal•4.8
- BBARBIE MENSHERVIPMontreal / Quebec •12 reviews5.0Dined on Dec 11, 2024I love The Keg, especially around the holidays. It feels so festive and you are guaranteed a great meal with impeccable service. We were fortunate enough to have Rudy as our waiter which put a special touch on our evening. The food was excellent, the ambiance was lovely, and the prices are comparatively reasonable to other upscale steakhouses, especially considering the quality and generous portions. I will always recommend The Keg for groups as there is something for everyone and they take special care of people with allergies - more than I have ever seen. What a beautiful touch that was. Thanks for keeping everybody safe and happy. I hope the Egg Nog (better with dessert than as a starter cocktail, IMHO) comes back every year!More infoThe Keg Steakhouse + Bar - Place Ville-MariePrice: Expensive• Steakhouse• Downtown•4.6
- AANGELAMontreal / Quebec •4 reviews4.0Dined on Nov 9, 2024When we arrived, nobody came to greet us and showed to our table. The server is nice as she came regularly to fill up my niece empty water. The portion was small so I came out still hungry. The service was slow.More infoMaestro SVPPrice: Expensive• Seafood• Plateau Mont-Royal•4.4
