We have always enjoyed Ruth’s Chris and I find it difficult to give a low rating. My guest and I both ordered the 11 oz filet medium well. My wife ordered the filet and shrimp, her filet well done. My guest and I both got filets well done (no pink) and my wife’s was medium well ( some pink). I know mistakes happen so we did not raise the issue, however, I would have enjoyed my steak much more if it had some pink and not so charred. I know we could have said something but it would have meant waiting for another steak to be prepared and our wives would have been way ahead of us. Other than the mix up with the steaks, our server Chad was excellent. We were celebrating my wife’s birthday and he made it very special with his service and easy going banter.

When the service is outstanding, the food excellent, and sitting among long time friends - it just doesn’t get any better. Allora came through on every level. We were seated immediately Our waitress Janet was a bit over loaded with other tables. She did apologize many times for the delay. We had no time restrictions so we were comfortable with the waiting. We received water and bread and lots of time to look and decide on our meal. We decided to share a few items which came out quickly and hot. There was plenty of food. Janet apologized again after she had to turn down another table of 8. It was a very busy night for her and told her how much we appreciated all the service she gave us
