Our dining experience (me and my family) that perfectly blends impeccable cuisine with an elegant atmosphere and top-notch service. From the moment you walk in, the attention to detail and spotless environment make you feel welcomed and valued. The meal begins with their famous bread basket, which is a true standout. The parmesan bread is soft and flavorful, while the cornbread, with its subtle hint of jalapeño, adds a unique twist. It’s hard to resist asking for a second basket. Their Negroni is nothing short of perfection—expertly balanced, showcasing the classic cocktail’s rich and sophisticated character. It’s the ideal pairing for any dish on the menu. The tuna steak was absolutely outstanding. Perfectly seared and paired with a ginger ponzu sauce, it delivered a harmonious balance of flavors and textures that left a lasting impression. The lobster claws were another highlight—simply spectacular. The freshness and quality of the seafood, paired with flawless preparation, made them an absolute treat. Finally, the Key Lemon Pie was the perfect way to end the meal. Creamy, with just the right balance of sweetness and tartness, and a perfectly crisp crust, it was an unforgettable dessert. We were fortunate to be served by Megan, who was attentive, friendly, and made the experience even more delightful. Her professionalism and warm demeanor truly elevated our visit. Although it was a busy time - Christmas day, the restaurant accommodated customers with a gracious reception. Even people who had no reservations were graciously accommodate. The menu was well formulated to accommodate most price ranges. I was especially happy with my selection which was the three course holiday menu. The food was delicious, ample helping and nicely arranged.

Why have we never gone there? Blown away by the food. We had Oyster Rockefeller, seafood chowder and grouper for the main course. We split the main dish and it was brought out separately for us. Nice selection of wine. Waitress was superb. We will be back for sure.

We have dined at Firebirds several times as a couple, but this time we were in a large party and went there for a celebration. The staff was very accommodating, the service was prompt and professional. The food was beautifully prepared and presented and was a great value.

Hosts did not greet me. It took over 15 min to get a server to greet us and take our drink order. The deal for the food was decent. Service got better throughout the night.
