The entire service team was exceptional, but a special thank you to Norm, Heidi, and Tim for going above and beyond to ensure our lunch was absolutely perfect. The food was nothing short of incredible – every dish was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Michelin recommendation well earned! My friend and I shared an appetizer and dessert on either side of our entrees. The carpaccio was presented in an interesting way and was delicious. My friend had the scallops which were amazing, I had the loong kong chicken, a new taste for that was well prepared. We shared the pavlova for dessert which was perfect. All of this was over a shared bottle of Pinot Noir accompanied by doting attention from the sommelier. An amazing night out; highly recommended.
