Our dining experience (me and my family) that perfectly blends impeccable cuisine with an elegant atmosphere and top-notch service. From the moment you walk in, the attention to detail and spotless environment make you feel welcomed and valued. The meal begins with their famous bread basket, which is a true standout. The parmesan bread is soft and flavorful, while the cornbread, with its subtle hint of jalapeño, adds a unique twist. It’s hard to resist asking for a second basket. Their Negroni is nothing short of perfection—expertly balanced, showcasing the classic cocktail’s rich and sophisticated character. It’s the ideal pairing for any dish on the menu. The tuna steak was absolutely outstanding. Perfectly seared and paired with a ginger ponzu sauce, it delivered a harmonious balance of flavors and textures that left a lasting impression. The lobster claws were another highlight—simply spectacular. The freshness and quality of the seafood, paired with flawless preparation, made them an absolute treat. Finally, the Key Lemon Pie was the perfect way to end the meal. Creamy, with just the right balance of sweetness and tartness, and a perfectly crisp crust, it was an unforgettable dessert. We were fortunate to be served by Megan, who was attentive, friendly, and made the experience even more delightful. Her professionalism and warm demeanor truly elevated our visit. Our family has a tradition of dinner out – usually a premiere steakhouse - on Christmas. Last year was our first time at Eddie Merlot‘s and it was outstanding, so we chose to dine here again this year - the experience was just as excellent. We had an amazing waiter, Nick, and he took care of everything we needed. We ordered Potstickers as an appetizer - best I’ve had; then for dinner we had Surf and Turf (Filet Mignon & Lobster) and Bourbon Ribeye - all excellent!

I would highly recommend this restaurant. The vibe is radiant with a nice atmosphere. The wait staff is amazing. Our waiter Tek was great. He gave us the best service and recommended several different food options and they were all very tasty. I recommend the chef picked oysters, they were so fresh tasting. The steaks were flavorful and well prepared med rare. We also had asparagus and Brussels sprouts, they were delicious as well. I will definitely be dining here again.

We had Christmas dinner at Clyde's, everything was delicious. We had a pork chop, seared yellowtail tuna steak, and shrimp Diablo. The person that had the shrimp did say that their shrimp was almost too spicy, so you may want to consider that when ordering this dish. Service was very good, attentive, we got our food in good time, considering how busy the restaurant was.

I had the crab cakes. They were just so-so (I’ve had better on the Eastern Shore), and small. My guest had the grilled swordfish, it was very good. We had the spring roll appetizer, also very good with a tasty crunch.
