The owner greets everyone personally and pitches in alongside the staff, creating a warmth that's rare in upscale restaurants. We started with the grilled octopus, which was absolutely perfect – tender and beautifully seasoned. But the real magic happened when our filet mignons arrived. I know it sounds like a cliché, but these steaks truly do melt in your mouth. Every bite was pure bliss. Our server Niki deserves special praise. She had that wonderful ability to appear exactly when needed while letting us enjoy our evening uninterrupted. Actually, the entire staff worked seamlessly together, from the attentive busboys to the owner himself. It's clear why this has become our favorite restaurant. The best part? This wasn't a one-time lucky experience. Char Steakhouse delivers this level of excellence every single time we visit. It's the kind of place that makes any occasion feel special, whether you're celebrating something big or just craving an amazing steak dinner.

Everything was perfect. The service was 5 stars, steak cooked to perfection. And drink were good too.

Was a little disappointed because it was Valentine’s Day and we were three women. They wanted to seat us not at table but three tall chairs facing straight ahead looking at glass. When we were going to leave he put us at a table and said we should be out in an hour. We took it and had a very fast but good pre fix dinner and were out in 1 1/4 hr Guess because Valentines Day and needed quick turn over.
