Le Untitled Supper Club est à la fois un restaurant moderne et traditionnel. Ouvert depuis 2012, le restaurant a été récompensé "Michelin Bib Gourmand" trois fois et est géré par le chef exécutif, Byran Collante. Offrant une expérience unique à Chicago, le Untitled Supper Club combine un restaurant renommé et un endroit où se divertir et danser tout en offrant en plus la plus grande sélection de whiskys américain provenant de partout dans le monde. Le tout, dans un endroit décontracté et sophistiqué. Avec un décor rappelant l'ère de la prohibition aussi appelée "speakeasy", les clients peuvent profiter, au cours de la soirée de la dégustation de l'une des 500 sortes de whiskys, pour ensuite souper dans le salon de champagne et finalement terminer la soirée en dansant dans le lounge.
L'entrée est facturée aux clients entrant dans la salle et se rendant vers l'animation musicale, dont tous les clients pourront profiter à l'intérieur. Les tables peuvent être occupées pendant 2 heures maximum. L'Andy's Jazz Club est un club de jazz unique à l'ambiance agréable. Il est demandé aux clients d'être courtois envers les artistes et de parler doucement durant les représentations.
