- RRobertVIPDallas - Fort Worth •182 reviews5.0Dined 4 days agoIt’s not too often my expectations are far exceeded. My experience at Republic Texas Tavern did just that. From the time we entered the casual but appealing interior, were seated by the personable host, tended to by the helpful and friendly waitstaff led by “Bailey G”, until the last bite of the bourbon bread pudding… EVERYTHING was perfect! As I was eating the decently priced ($20) and recommended nightly special of pork ravioli, I noted how much it looked (and tasted) like something you’d pay much more for at one of the higher-end Italian joints in Dallas. Nothing I expected at a “Tavern”. I am not a bread pudding fan at all, but Bailey’s description and recommendation made us realize we needed to try it. And she did not lead us wrong! It was truly fantastic! I see some 1-star reviews, many related to the service, some directed at the food. Fortunately we must’ve been lucky and avoided issues with BOTH! Looking forward to future visits!More infoRepublic Texas TavernPrice: Moderate• American• North Dallas / Addison•4.8
- KKimVIPDallas - Fort Worth •21 reviews5.0Dined 5 days agoChef Tiffany and her Brazilian guest chef prepared a super delicious Brazilian meal with fantastic wine pairings. While everything was really good, we especially loved the Brazilian cheese rolls and the Beef salad, which had a very mild and crazily delicious sauce/dressing with it. This is the third experience we have attended and they have all been terrific and well worth the time and money. We were seated at a table with two other couples, with one person from Brazil. We had a great time discussing travels to Brazil and around the world and life experiences in general.More infoRoots Southern TablePrice: Very Expensive• Regional American (Southern)• North Dallas / Addison•4.9
- DDannyHouston •22 reviews5.0Dined on Feb 4, 2025I take business colleagues here whenever I’m in the area and the food and service are consistently good. I wish they had bread service because it was so late when we arrived I really wanted a little something “fast”. The steak was great and I enjoyed the wine as well. Nice place and I’ll continue to visit when in the area.More infoThe Ranch at Las ColinasPrice: Moderate• Contemporary American• Las Colinas / Irving•4.7
