- PPatrickChicago / Illinois •1 review5.0Dined 1 day agoAmazing dinner. Adult drinks for the table came out first then Appetizers came out within the allotted time frame for an upscale spot. Entrees were delicious and my steak was cooked to perfection! Half and half crab claws did not disappoint either!More infoChar - MemphisPrice: Expensive• Steakhouse• Memphis•4.7
- KKristinNashville •4 reviews5.0Dined 1 day agoMcEwens was fantastic! The steak & toast appetizer was delicious and I highly recommend it. The Tuscan fettuccine entree was fabulous and so different than any pasta I’ve had before. Would love to have ordered one of their desserts but we were so full. The service was stellar and the ambiance was so cozy and comfortable. The perfect place for a date night!More infoMcEwens - OxfordPrice: Moderate• American• Oxford•4.8
- EEdwardSt. Louis •2 reviews5.0Dined 2 days agoWhen I noticed that the River Terrace had re-opened, I was excited to try it when I was going to be in Memphis for Christmas. I was thrilled that I could get a table on Dec 26, to celebrate my 60th birthday. The last time I dined at the restaurant was in December of 1999, for New Year's Eve. Prior, I was part of the original staff that opened the restaurant in 1982. It was great to see the place re-modeled, re-furbished, and thriving. The view is among the very best in the city. The food was excellent. I had the Blacked Catfish...WOW! The service was very good. I had a nice conversation with the manager and shared a few memories about the old place. I highly recommend Mahagony River Terrace.More infoMahogany River TerracePrice: Expensive• Regional American (Southern)• Downtown•4
- SShawnCentral Kentucky •24 reviews4.0Dined 7 days agoThe staff at the entrance was rude. We did not feel welcome at all. But once seated, our server was great, the food was great and the band playing was excellent. Need the old lady at the entrance removed and you’ll get a five.More infoB.B. - AAngie LNashville •1 review5.0Dined on Dec 16, 2024There were four of us instead of six. The manager received my text with the updated headcount and responded promptly. We were seated at a four-top and were able to easily chat with each other. My salmon was exceptional. One of my guests chose the shaved Brussels sprouts salad, and the other two ordered the crawfish sandwich. Both of the gals with the crawfish were not impressed. It was dry and overdone. I think they expected a smaller crawfish cake similar to a crabcake. I don't believe we would order this dish a second time. I would order the salmon again. It was cooked perfectly, and the flavorful sauce and side vegetables were fresh and tasty.More infoCity GroceryPrice: Expensive• Regional American (Southern)• Oxford•4.8
