The Bit and Spur Restaurant and Saloon, located in Springdale, Utah, at the entrance to Zion National Park, has been the restaurant of choice for locals and tourists since 1981. Anthera at the Cliffrose Lodge in Springdale is located less than a quarter mile from the entrance of Zion National Park. Anthera is a Social plate experience offering regional new american cuisine with an emphasis on south western united states as well as south eastern asian Inspired Cuisine. In addition to facilitating daily dining for guests we do also have the possibility of doing on site catering. Please inquire if interested!
