Best Spanish Restaurants in Bernal Heights

Could 't recommend food and service more highly. Experience takes me back to Espana.

Attentive staff. Delicious food and great sangria.

Ambience was very cool as frascati is in an old historical house with an upstairs for more dining. The food was okay, all cooked and seasoned well but no memorable plates. The service seemed a bit pretentious and impatient and our waiter turned away to service other tables while we were requesting things from him or asking questions. Overall vibes were good but probably wouldn’t go again as there were tons of other restaurants in the area and this one didn’t stand out.

Will definitely be back- its slightly on the pricey side but really enjoyed the ambience. Would probably suggest a larger group so you can try more of the dishes! My gluten-free companion had lots to choose from and they even adjusted a couple of recipes.

It was outstanding. Fabulous , delicious, innovative food, superb service and a wonderful, intimate relaxing atmosphere.
