So many great flavours and some skilful cooking. The Basque cheesecake was our favourite end to the meal. We had each dish fully explained which added to our enjoyment. I was in a big group and we all thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. One member of our party has serious allergies and these were dealt with in a very thoughtful and caring manner.
