A great deal of effort has gone in to creating a truly Latin atmosphere here at Bar Salsa, starting with the décor which comes straight from a Rio guide book, bright colours blended with rough hewn wood for a rustic beach-bar look. Signature cocktails from the Americas are the favourite of the bar, though bottled beers and wines from the region are also popular, while Bar Salsa’s food menu is typically relaxed and indulgent, featuring fabulous tapas sharers as well as main dishes for the hungry along the lines of burgers, fajitas and other Texacarna favourites.

Wonderful experience catering for a large group of us. They allowed a cake to be brought in, and brought it out with sparklers as requested. Lovely friendly and amenable staff members. Made it very easy to split the bill at the end too. Lovely ambience, music perfect level. Nice outside rooftop for the smokers, only partially covered over so not suitable in the rain. Cocktails were very expensive £16-18, and beer £6.50 but I guess it’s in central London so they get away with it. Drink was pretty nice but still felt a little expensive. I would recommend for a sophisticated evening and would go back again.

Delicious food and cocktails. Waiter was lovely but under pressure covering in his own so didn't get planned second drink. When the salsa lessons start it's really loud, could do with turning down teacher's mike a little so non dancers can still enjoy their evening.
