Attention to every detail is apparent from the generous (and scrumptious) appetizer (Crab bisque this evening), to the chocolate-coated spoon & fresh-baked almond cookie that came with our Cappuccino. And if you've ever had the urge for a Veal Chop, this is the place to go! Finally, a five-star review wouldn't be complete without a shout-out to the pastry/dessert chef at Pappa's. Their desserts are original & creative, and even the Key Lime pie is stamped with a unique Pappa's presentation, and it is possibly the best in Houston! Celebrate a birthday, and maybe get treated to some of the best chocolate-covered strawberries you've ever had as well! The chargrilled oysters were another standout – perfectly seasoned and brimming with flavor. The patio is a lovely spot to enjoy the food and atmosphere. We went for our anniversary and the hostess told us happy anniversary and the waiter kept commenting on our anniversary- even remembered how many years we’ve been married! Everyone was so attentive and the food was OUTSTANDING.
