- BBrandonNew Jersey •1 review5.0Dined 3 days agoHaven’t been here to this location in over 25 years probably. It sits next to a Hilton off RT10 just past Capital Grille. I figured since it was older and Capital Grille seems to get a ton of business that it might be very quiet especially on a Sunday. I was very wrong. It looked great inside, the ambiance is perfect and didn’t seem overly loud despite it being very busy. Met my buddy and he had a tomahawk while I ordered an 11oz filet and a separate lobster tail. Everything was perfect from the service to the quality of the food. The hot plate and the flavor of their ovens shows in their steaks. I love both this place and Capital Grille and I’m glad both are flourishing. Don’t sleep on this place though.More infoRuth's Chris Steak House - ParsippanyPrice: Very Expensive• Steakhouse• Parsippany•4.5
- PPatriciaNew York City •31 reviews5.0Dined 5 days agoSeated on the upper level of the dining room we had a grand view of the Tiffany ceiling, and it was much less noisy than the main floor or the red dog. At the close of the meal we were serenaded by the wonderful Brynn Stanley and her pianist, and we spent a happy hour post meal listening to them perform holiday and jazz favorites. A great way to begin the last weekend before Christmas!More infoRod's Steak and Seafood GrillePrice: Expensive• Steak• Morristown•4.6
- JJonathanNew York City •1 review5.0Dined 7 days agoMy recent visit to Ruth’s Chris Steak House was nothing short of spectacular. From the moment we arrived, we were treated to an evening of impeccable hospitality that truly made us feel special. The team went above and beyond, especially in recognizing my wife’s birthday, which added a thoughtful and personal touch to the night. Our waiter, Lonny, was absolutely fantastic. His attention to detail, warm demeanor, and expert knowledge of the menu elevated the entire dining experience. Lonny helped us choose the perfect dishes and wine pairings, ensuring every bite and sip was nothing less than perfect. A special shout-out to Sous Chef Alvaro Diaz, whose culinary expertise shone through in every dish. The sizzling steaks were cooked to absolute perfection—rich, flavorful, and melt-in-your-mouth tender. The sides were equally impressive, with the creamy mashed potatoes and the lobster mac and cheese being true standouts. It’s clear that Chef Diaz pours his heart and soul into creating a memorable dining experience. What truly set the evening apart was the way the staff went out of their way to celebrate my wife’s birthday. From the personalized greeting to the thoughtful dessert surprise, it was a moment we’ll cherish forever. If you’re looking for a fine dining experience that combines exceptional food with world-class service, Ruth’s Chris is the place to go. Thank you to Lonny, Chef Diaz, and the entire team for making the night so unforgettable.More infoRuth's Chris Steak House - WeehawkenPrice: Very Expensive• Steakhouse• Weehawken•4.6
- AAdonisNew York City •2 reviews5.0Dined 7 days agoA Timeless Vaulted Escape in NYC For our 12th anniversary, my wife and I wanted a memorable dining experience, and we found it in this hidden gem tucked away in the historic New Yorker Hotel. Housed in what was once an old bank vault, this steakhouse offered more than just a meal; it was an enchanting journey into the past. From the moment we stepped through the doors, the ambiance transported us. My wife, who’s lived her whole life in New York, remarked that the setting made her feel like she wasn’t in the city at all. The design—ornate, elegant, and brimming with old-world charm—evoked a sense of grandeur. It felt like stepping into a 1920s time capsule where every guest seemed important, fancy, and yes, a little bougie. The food was exceptional. I started with the crab cake, which came paired with a vibrant wasacaca sauce—a unique Venezuelan-inspired touch that added a fresh, tangy kick. For my main course, I chose the buttery salmon, which quite literally melted in my mouth. It was perfectly cooked, rich, and flavorful, leaving me savoring every bite. My wife opted for one of their signature steaks, and it was cooked to perfection with just the right balance of char and tenderness. The service was attentive and thoughtful, matching the opulence of the venue. If I had one critique, it would be the lack of non-alcoholic beverage options on the menu. While it wasn’t a dealbreaker, a few curated mocktails or even house-made sodas could have rounded out the experience. Overall, this restaurant made our anniversary truly special. Between the historic setting, the exquisite food, and the impeccable attention to detail, it’s a place we’ll cherish as part of our memories. For anyone looking to escape the city’s hustle and immerse themselves in timeless elegance, this steakhouse is a must-visit.More infoButcher and Banker NYCPrice: Expensive• Steakhouse• Midtown West•4.3
