Salad was great but the slow braised short ribs had just enough sear to the outside to give a slight crunch plus added flavor and then the meat itself just fell apart…. DELICIOUS! The carrots had such a great roasted taste with sweetness from the carrot-cooked perfectly. Lastly, the mash potatoes were heaven, the butter the garlic flavor with the most smooth silky mashed potatoes I have ever had!!
